Description
Elections: Lord Derby on the passage in the House of Commons of 'a very ill-considered address to the Crown,' praying for dismissal from the magistracy of anyone proved guilty of [?corrupt practices] at elections. Need for careful consideration of answer. Lord Derby has received so many memorials for Honours that he will hold his hand for the present.
