Lord Derby's reply to Queen Victoria as to a seat in Cabinet [for the President of the Poor Law Board] (No. 69). Office of the Duchy of Lancaster refused by Lord Stanhope and Lord Grosvenor. Lord Devon to retain seals until Queen Victoria's return from Scotland. Lord Derby on the arrangements concerning Ministers in Attendance for Her Majesty's visit to Balmoral. Charles Henry, 6th Duke of Richmond to attend Her Majesty in Scotland. The Right Honourable S.H. Walpole to accompany or follow Her Majesty to Balmoral.
