Description
General Grey to Queen Victoria on Lord Derby's letter (enclosed) regarding his brother Earl Grey's amendment to the Parliamentary Reform Bill. Lord Derby's gratification at Queen Victoria's decorating the Sultan of Turkey, Abdul Aziz, with the Garter on board her yacht. His pleasure and satisfaction with his reception generally. Lord Derby's gratitude to Her Majesty for excusing him from going to Balmoral (as a Minister in Attendance). Lord Derby on the death of Musurus Pasha's wife.
