Description
Mr Gladstone on the question of references to the marriage of Princess Louise and Prince Arthur's coming of age in the Speech from the Throne. Mr Gladstone's request for permission to use Queen Victoria's name in sending relief for victims of Tiber floods in Italy. Franco-German War: Possibility of M. Jules Favre's coming to England leading to some expression of the growing sympathy with France. Such sympathy expected to find vent in Parliament.
