Description
Right Honourable W.E. Gladstone's thanks to Queen Victoria for the offer of a residence at Blackheath. Request for time to consider it. Cabinet decision as to the statement to be made in both Houses on the present position concerning the United States of America. Mr Gladstone's tribute to Mr Disraeli's attitude on the American negotiations. Edward Berkeley, 1st Baron Portman's (after Viscount) desire for a change in the management of the estates of the Duchy of Lancaster. Question to be submitted to Queen Victoria.
