Mr Disraeli's promise to do his utmost to effect Queen Victoria's wishes regarding Henry Cole; absence of vacancies in the 2nd class of the Order of the Bath (Knighthoods). Mr F.P. Cunliffe-Owen to receive a Companionship (C.B.).
