Sir Lopes Massey Lopes's (Baronet) desire to resign his post as a Lord of the Admiralty and his refusal of the Financial Secretaryship. His invaluable services. Colonel Honourable Frederick Arthur Stanley (after 1st Baron Stanley of Preston and 16th Earl of Derby) submitted. The Qualities required at the Treasury.
