Description	Queen Victoria's reply (to No. 34). She has long been of the opinion that Elementary Education was of too high a standard, and useless in consequence. Modification desirable. Queen Victoria deprecates strongly any renewal of a more friendly understanding with Russia. She is our real enemy and rival. Queen Victoria considers Woolwich the fitting place for the Army memorial subscribed for from every part of the Queen's dominions. Her Majesty's strong comment on the officer who deserted the Prince Imperial and still wears the Queen's uniforn.
