DescriptionCabinet discussed the case of Charles Bradlaugh. Bradlaugh has sent copies of the notice served on him by the Speaker and Officers of the House, to the Home Secretary, who will, therefore, provide the force necessary. Sir M. Hicks Beach, instead of moving a vote of censure, signified his intention to raise an incidental discussion on the conduct of the Government, when a vote of supply for the Transvaal [South Africa] is proposed.
