Description	The Government propose to take the message from the Crown respecting Leopold, Duke of Albany, next Thursday or Monday (concerning his marriage). Gladstone says there is no diminution of outrages in Ireland, but the great social conspiracy and effort at revolution appears to be losing its force. Improvement in the conduct of juries in Ireland not maintained. The large number of suspects imprisoned without trial in Ireland gives anxious reflection. Reason to anticipate a long debate on the resolution which established the closure (Parliamentary procedure).
