Description	Cabinet assented to Chamberlain to warning the South Eastern Railway Company against proceeding with their works beyond low water mark, in the present unsettled state of the question of the Channel Tunnel. Customs and Inland Revenue Act: the surplus amounts to £350,000. Cabinet considered their course (on Parliamentary procedure) after last night's division. Cabinet considered Lowell's friendly representations as to any suspects imprisoned in Ireland who are citizens of the United States of America. The Government think it practicable to allow them to leave the country.
