Cabinet considered the best course to adoptin relation to the Channel Tunnel - to move in the Autumn Session, for an Inquiry by the Parliamentary Committees, or a Joint Committee of the Houses. Cabinet decided to consider Parliamentary procedure in the Autumn Session. Cabinet agreement as to telegram to be sent to Sir H. Bulwer, relating to Zululand (South Africa).
